HOW WE WORK:

  1. DISCOVERY CALL: Once we receive your initial inquiry, we’ll reach out with our client questionnaire link. This brief survey allows us the chance to learn about you, your project, and how we might be the best fit. We’re notified once you complete it and we’ll follow up to schedule a quick chat. This 10-15 minute casual conversation is used to clarify the survey results and schedule our in-home consultation.

  2. $350 HOME CONSULTATION: Thank you for welcoming us into your home! Don’t stress beforehand, it doesn’t have to look perfect! We enjoy seeing how you live within your space. This meeting’s purpose is to get a clearer understanding of your design needs and explain our process and the value we bring. We’ll tour throughout, take pictures and notes, provide our preliminary recommendations, determine next steps.

    All advice, meeting and travel time is included in this $300 advanced fee.

  3. THE FINE PRINT: Shortly after our consultation, we’ll present a tailored proposal + preliminary project timeline for our Interior Design services. Proposals are structured based on your unique project scope and budget; either a set fee or an hourly retainer. (We elaborate on these types below) Your custom proposal will define each design phase, our deliverables, and/or menu of services- so you know exactly what to expect along the way.

    1. SET FEE:

      1. DIY Design: We work closely with you up-front to develop a design road map that you can run with for all bidding, construction, and purchasing. Generically, and on an as-needed basis, this package includes all dimensioned/detailed plans (including lighting/electrical), finish/fixture/appliance specifications, elevations and details, time for showroom visits, and/or retail shopping lists.

      2. Full Service Design: Our premier service and where we really shine! Leave everything to us- from start to finish. Comprehensive planning & design, full documents & specifications, procurement & coordination with access to our trade-only resources, on site project management…all up until the final installation, curated styling, and the big reveal!

    2. HOURLY RETAINER: We like to establish scope and our responsibilities early on, but sometimes a retainer is a wonderful option for those that have a more open-ended project, simple updates, and/or finishing touches. Retainers are billed up front and this allows for maximum flexibility in how we focus and are utilized towards the design priorities. Efficiency is always key!

  4. PROJECT KICK OFF: Once the proposal is signed, it’s design time! This next on-site meeting is an important time to regroup and set the course for your project.
